The Fresh Fish Company was established in 1999 with the primary motive being to supply local fish to local people, hotels and restaurants.
Supplying the season's best is fundamental to the Fresh Fish Company. Fresh spider crabs in the Summer months, particular to the Channel Isles, as well as local mackerel, turbot, dover sole, john dorey, monkfish, scallops… this is just a taste of the range on offer!
Heading towards La Collette, look for the grey clad shop overlooking the harbour with a car park in front. In addition to the shop, the Fresh Fish Company their vivier is also open Monday to Saturday, 05:00 - 14:00.
