Operating for over 40 years, Faulkner Fisheries is a family run business, buying and selling fresh, live and cooked seafood out of a converted WW2 German bunker at the northern end of St. Ouens bay.

Historically Sean’s family worked as fruit and vegetable merchants and dairy men, but as a young boy he learnt to fish the sea and farm the land at L’Etacq. The old boys took Sean under their wing, showing him the ropes, sparking his passion for seafood. Faulkner Fisheries also run a delicious summer BBQ at the Vivier, serving islanders and tourists beautiful, freshly cooked seafood, with local Jersey Royals and home-made Jersey garlic butter.
